Job Description
3. Prepare and manage accurate project budgets and cost plans
4. Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
5. Manage the tendering and procurement process
6. Monitor and control project variations and valuations
7. Prepare interim and final accounts
8. Provide cost advice and financial reporting throughout project life cycles
9. Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
The Successful Applicant
10. Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
11. Proven experience in housing refurbishment, preferably in the social housing sector
12. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
14. A proactive and solutions-driven approach
15. Full UK Driving License
