We are seeking a skilled Chef De Partie / Sous Chef to join our team at our award winning restaurant. As a CDP / Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food is prepared and presented to our customers. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and guidelines provided
Ensure all food is cooked to perfection and presented in an appealing manner
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work station
Skills:
Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
