Dispute Resolution – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 17895)
1. Manage a varied litigation caseload including contract/property disputes, landlord & tenant, professional negligence, and some criminal motoring defence.
2. Requires 6+ years PQE, strong advocacy, independent working, and mentoring junior team members.

Property & Infrastructure Disputes – Edinburgh (Assignment 17830)
4. Handle property and construction disputes, including complex contracts, landlord & tenant, boundary issues, telecoms disputes, and post-completion defect claims.
5. 2–5 years PQE sought; strong research, advocacy, and proactive problem-solving skills required.
6. Collaborative, supportive firm offering career growth and exposure to varied court/tribunal work.
Dispute Resolution / Risk, Government & Compliance – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17816)
7. Advise public sector clients on dispute resolution, regulatory risk, compliance, investigations, and court/tribunal representation.
8. 4+ years PQE, interest in public law, housing, and local government, with advocacy skills valued.
9. Collaborative role with professional development, business growth involvement, and community impact focus.
Debt Recovery (Dispute Resolution) – Glasgow (Assignment 17792)
10. Advise clients on all stages of debt recovery, including pre-litigation, court proceedings, enforcement, and strategic guidance.
11. Requires debt recovery litigation experience, strong advocacy, and ability to manage high-volume caseloads.

Litigation (Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team) – Glasgow/Ayr (Assignment 17746)
13. Handle civil/commercial disputes including property, family, employment, insolvency, landlord & tenant, and debt recovery.
14. 2–6 years PQE; strong litigation experience, advocacy, client management, and mentoring skills required.
