We manage large teams of self-employed drivers across multiple depots, focusing on reliability, compliance, and accurate administration to keep operations running smoothly.
🧾 About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised Payroll Administrator to join our team in Colindale.
You’ll play a key role in making sure our self-employed delivery drivers are paid accurately and on time, working closely with our depot managers and operations teams.
🛠️ Your Main Responsibilities:
• Retrieve weekly payroll data from depot managers
• Update and maintain the Driver Payment Record Spreadsheet
• Add or remove drivers as needed
• Create and send invoices on behalf of drivers
• Liaise with depot managers and drivers on pay or rota queries
• Handle driver pay inquiries promptly and professionally
• Support senior management with admin tasks
💡 What We’re Looking For:
âś… Strong experience in administration or payroll
✅ Advanced Excel skills – comfortable with formulas and data management
âś… Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
âś… Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
âś… Great communication and organisation skills
âś… Fast, efficient typing and data handling ability
