We’re working with a welcoming SEN school in Reading who are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a hands-on role supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, SEMH and learning difficulties, either 1:1 or in small groups. This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships with children and wants to make a real difference to their day-to-day learning and wellbeing. The role will involve: Supporting pupils in and out of the classroom Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual needs Helping pupils regulate emotions and stay engaged with learning Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team We’re looking for someone who: Has experience supporting children with SEN (school-based or transferable experience) Is patient, proactive and confident supporting additional needs Brings a positive, calm and nurturing approach Holds the right to work in the UK Why work with Supply Hive?
