Kind Consultancy is working with the Financial Ombudsman Service which is currently recruiting General Banking Complaint Handlers for a 12 month contract, working remotely from September 8th. The contract has an initial daily rate of £210 via umbrella, rising to £260 once an accreditation period is completed. The General Banking Complaint Handler contract will focus on investigating both sides of disputes between customers and Financial Services firms in order to make a fair decision on the outcome. We're looking for candidates who: Have 3 or more years of experience (within the past 5 years) in end-to-end complaint handling for General Banking products Have access to their own computer equipment Are confident in writing bespoke final response letters Are available to start the contract on September 8th We are unfortunately not able to consider anyone who has applied for a role with the Financial Ombudsman Service in the last 6 months.
