We are recruiting for two roles within an Exeter Primary School. We are looking for a Temporary HR Assistant and a Temporary Receptionist.
As an HR Assistant you will be supporting the Head of HR with administration related to the recruitment process. You will be well presented, an excellent communicator, organised, efficient, and discreet.
As a Receptionist you will be greeting visitors and parents at the school, answering the telephone, managing the diary and supporting with administration as required.
KEY SKILLS
Strong organisation and proven experience in managing documentation and reports.
Ability to prioritise workload, showcasing excellent time-management skills
Relevant Administration or Business support qualifications are advantageous
Experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, although not essential
Proficiency in Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
A great communicator who is able to liaise professionally and effectively with various departments.BENEFITS:
