Main Responsibility

Working closely with Avolta and other key partners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the regional commercial agenda and driving sustainable growth across the travel retail channel. You will manage and support key customer relationships, ensuring that customer strategies align with WG&S objectives while monitoring account performance and overseeing pricing, promotional activity, and compliance.

In this role, you will also contribute to commercial planning and analysis, developing data-driven insights that identify growth opportunities and optimise performance across the region. You will support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking processes, while analysing sales trends, promotional return on investment, and market share to guide strategic decision-making.

Collaboration is central to success in this role.

Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will be responsible for preparing and delivering impactful presentations to both internal stakeholders and external partners. You will provide clear, persuasive performance updates and strategic recommendations that influence decision-making and foster collaboration across teams.

You are a commercially minded professional with a strong analytical background and a passion for building brands in a global environment. You bring both strategic insight and operational precision, and you thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings.

You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with excellent attention to detail and the capability to build compelling, insight-led proposals that deliver commercial advantage.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels. You will demonstrate a collaborative mindset, working effectively across teams and functions, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a complex, global environment. A high degree of cultural awareness and adaptability will enable you to operate successfully across diverse international settings.

You should be willing to travel as required across the region and bring a genuine enthusiasm for the spirits industry and for developing a long-term career within Global Travel Retail.
