Key Responsibilities: Process accounts payable from start to finish, ensuring invoices are accurately recorded, coded, and paid on time Maintain and reconcile supplier statements, responding promptly to supplier queries Perform petty cash and credit card reconciliations Set up new supplier accounts and maintain accurate records within the purchase ledger Process supplier payments in line with agreed terms, including weekly payment runs Participate in annual audit Provide financial information and analysis as required Carry out any additional ad hoc tasks to support the smooth running of the finance team At least 12 months of experience within purchase ledger is required Strong se of SAP is desired but necessary Benefits include: 25 days holiday bank holidays 37.5 hours per week - early finish on Fridays Competitive salary Company pension Onsite parking
