6. Ensure hygiene, safety and quality audits are conducted — maintain compliance with safety and food hygiene standards.
7. Carry out shift handovers, downtime and handover reports, and escalate issues or deviations as appropriate.
Ingredients to bring with you:
8. Previous experience in food manufacturing or food production line roles, with machine operation background essential.
9. Strong awareness of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
10. Good communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
11. Reliable, proactive and supportive team-player, with ability to use initiative and work independently.
12. Experience or willingness to learn lean manufacturing principles, promote continuous improvement and coach/train staff.
13. Motivated to meet production demands, maintain quality and drive performance — even in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
