About the Role:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a lovely young girl with autism
Support her learning, communication, confidence, and emotional regulation
Help her access the curriculum through adapted activities & resources
Engage positively with her throughout the day, building trust and independence
Work collaboratively with the class teacher & SEN team
Create a calm, structured, and encouraging environment
What We’re Looking For:
A caring, patient, and understanding individual
Experience with autism or SEN (advantageous but not essential)
A passion for supporting children with additional needs
Strong communication and the ability to build supportive relationships
Reliability, resilience, and a positive attitude
Someone who truly wants to help a child succeed
