This role is especially exciting because the Sheffield office was historically our compliance hub and “power hours” centre—but just four months ago, we began building a dedicated sales team. This means you’ll be joining at a pivotal moment in the branch’s journey, with the rare opportunity to shape its direction from the ground up.
With ambitious growth plans set through to 2026, we’re looking for an experienced Education Recruiter who wants to truly own their desk, put their stamp on the branch, and help drive our next phase of growth. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity to step into a leadership role as the team continues to scale—if that’s a path you’d like to pursue.

* Managing a full 360 temporary education desk
* Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

* Ensuring compliance, safeguarding, and best practice
