* Accountable for the kiosk and the team, maintaining audit standards for food and health & safety compliance while meeting EHO expectations
* Ensuring the team maintains a high standard of cleanliness and food safety on site to maintain a safe environment for customers, clients and staff
* Highly organised, with a focus on forward planning
* Prepare fresh ingredients by hand, including meat and raw fish products each shift
* Accurately label products ensuring lawful compliance around food safety and allergen compliance each shift
* Skilled multitasker
* Early riser as shifts can start at 6am on some days
* Able to learn new skills or improve skills already mastered
