Immediate contract position for a building services engineer with electrical qualifications - ideally a December start
The electrical engineer will be expected to monitor and manage the day-to-day Electrical engineering operations of theestate, including all aspects of breakdown, planned preventative, statutory and legislative maintenance.
Manage minor capital engineering projects and provide professional andtechnical advice and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
To manage the day-to-day Electrical engineering servicesincluding power, lighting, Fire safety systems, lifts, auto doors, disabled refuge systems, PAT, building management systems, energy
