The Role
* Service, maintain and install fire alarm systems across your designated area
* Deliver a high level of customer service, building strong client relationships
* Plan and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlines
* Accurately complete service reports and documentation
* Identify faults, non-compliances and system issues, providing clear feedback
* Maintain a strong focus on health & safety at all times
* Work closely with colleagues and wider teams to ensure smooth operations
* Strive for first-time fixes wherever possible
What We're Looking For
* Solid background working with fire alarm systems
* Relevant industry training (FIA or equivalent advantageous)
* Comfortable using handheld tech / job management systems
* Good understanding of health & safety best practice
* Ability to work at height and handle equipment when required
* Strong customer-facing skills and communication
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
* Full UK driving licence
