Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 DOE
Our client is a highly regarded luxury event catering business, renowned for delivering exceptional food, service, and event experiences across Greater London. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Events Manager to join their operations team.
Reporting directly to the Head of Events Operations, this role will focus on the end-to-end management & delivery of high-profile events across multiple London venues and client sites. The position has a strong operational emphasis, with responsibility for overseeing event delivery, logistics coordination, staffing, and food & beverage operations within a fast-paced multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the successful planning and delivery of events across multiple London venues.
* Lead all on-site event operations, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional service standards.
* Manage event logistics, staffing schedules, transport coordination, and operational planning.
* Take ownership of food & beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery at every event.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, venues, suppliers, and operational partners.
* Work collaboratively with sales, kitchen, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and successful event execution.
* Monitor staffing levels, operational costs, and event budgets to support commercial performance.
About You
* Proven experience in a Senior Events Manager or similar operational role within high-end catering, hospitality, or events.
* Strong background managing multi-site events operations across London venues.
* Experience overseeing logistics, event delivery, and food & beverage operations is essential.
* Confident leading teams within a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
* Highly organised with excellent planning and coordination skills.
* Professional, client-facing, and confident managing stakeholder relationships.
* Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and staffing costs.
