TristoneNash are working with a provider of social housing to assist them with their search for an External Fire Safety Contracts Manager. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing fire safety and building safety major works across all building categories, ensuring compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO 2005) and the Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA 2022). You will oversee contracts, project delivery, financial forecasting, procurement of consultants, and act as the client-side competent person for critical projects. Duties will include: * Managing fire safety and building safety major works projects from inception to completion. Conducting risk assessments for each project & ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place. * Overseeing contractor and consultant performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards, * Developing and maintaining financial forecasts, monitoring project expenditure and providing regular financial reports * Undertaking regular site inspections to assess the quality of works and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
