<div><h3>Job Details</h3><p>Nursery – Bright Horizons Hertford Day Nursery and Preschool</p><p>Salary – Starting from: £13.50ph Level 2, £14.04ph Level 3 (depending on qualification/s and experience).</p><p>Location: Hertford, SG13.</p><h3>Working Hours</h3><p>Part‑time hours – example shifts: 2–3 full days a week (must include a Friday) or afternoon shift 1pm–6pm Monday‑Friday.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage development towards key milestones.</li><li>Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.</li><li>Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.</li><li>Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).</br></li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.</li><li>Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.</li></ul><h3>EEO & Safeguarding</h3><p>We are an inclusive employer and welcome people from all ages and backgrounds to apply.
