Internal Sales Advisor

We're looking for a motivated Internal Sales Advisor to join our busy team at Trent Plastics Fabrications Ltd.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. If you have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and can build strong relationships, we want to hear from you Don't worry if you don't have experience in plastics or building products—we'll provide full training.
What you'll be doing:
* Serving customers face-to-face on our busy trade counter (selling building products, silicones, fascias, guttering, cut-to-size acrylics, and fabrication quotes).
* Answering the phone, handling enquiries, and taking customer orders.
* Producing quotations and entering orders into Sage 50 (full training provided).
* Managing and responding to customer emails from our main sales inbox.
* Supporting with eBay and website orders when required.
* Working with the sales team to build relationships and ensure great customer service.
What we're looking for:
* A confident, friendly, and approachable personality – someone customers like dealing with.
* Strong customer service skills – whether on the phone, by email, or face-to-face.
* Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* IT literacy (Microsoft Office skills essential; Sage experience is a bonus but not required).
* A reliable, self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
