Your role in a nutshell
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit through delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor, while demonstrating and upholding the company's values and policies.

With over 2,000 products designed to suit every customer's preference, our team is on-hand to engage with customers daily. We take the time to understand their needs and recommend products that make them feel good. Many products are packed with natural ingredients sourced ethically via Community Trade programmes, so advising customers also supports communities worldwide.
As a Consultant, you will offer expert advice, share insights into our products and philosophy, and engage proactively with customers to find suitable products for their needs and lifestyle.
