The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you'll: Support pupils with their learning and development Work alongside teachers to create an engaging classroom environment Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed Help pupils build confidence, independence and resilience Support positive behaviour and encourage engagement in learning Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people, either in schools or other settings A patient, positive and proactive approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills The ability to adapt to different classroom environments A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing Desirable Experience Experience supporting pupils with: Autism (ASC) ADHD Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs Speech and Language difficulties Additional learning needs Don't worry if you don't have all of the above.
