We're looking for a dynamic B2B uPVC Trade Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving new business, building relationships with key clients, and helping expand our growing portfolio of products. This is a field-based role, where you will have the autonomy to drive sales and influence our continued success.
The Role
As a B2B uPVC Trade Sales Manager you will be pivotal in securing new business opportunities and managing relationships. You will leverage your B2B sales expertise to showcase SolarFrame’s premium products and grow our customer base. This role is field-based, and you will work closely with the senior management team and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development
* Identify and secure new business opportunities by focusing on B2B sales with current contacts, as well as developing and executing strategies for new business acquisition.
* Develop lead generation strategies to attract new business and build a strong sales pipeline.
* Build lasting relationships with new clients and partners and negotiate terms to convert opportunities into profitable business.
* Utilise product knowledge to demonstrate the value of SolarFrame’s product range, ensuring the best-fit solutions for customers.
* Track and report on sales progress, ensuring regular updates and accurate forecasts to meet targets.
Account Management
* Manage existing accounts, ensuring strong, ongoing relationships and a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Regularly review and optimise sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth opportunities within your client base.
* Provide sales forecasts for new products and services, including expanding the use of our product portfolio.
* Monitor market trends and customer needs, ensuring SolarFrame remains competitive and aligned with industry demands.
Service Improvement & Strategy
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by collaborating with customer service, technical, and operations teams to meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the customer and SolarFrame, promoting a customer-centric approach.
* Contribute to sales strategy development, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term business goals.
Finance & Market Intelligence
* Manage sales budgets and work toward achieving sales and profit objectives.
* Provide market and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and threats, and contributing to strategic decisions.
* Stay informed on industry changes and apply this knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of driving growth and achieving targets.
* Industry knowledge of glazing, fenestration, or related fields is essential.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to clients.
