Your main roles will be \*Lead a room and a small staff team \* To interact and play with the children supporting them in their development and supporting the staff in the room. \* Be a key person to a group of children. \* Work in partnership with parents. \*You will need to show confidence leading the room and delegating staff. You will be given training from the day you start at Dawn to Dusk Day Nursery so you will know the expectations we maintain. You will have weekly meeting with the management team in your first month.
