Our client seeks a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a client account, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen analytical mindset, and the ability to lead projects effectively. The Account Manager will utilise in house systems to track progress and ensure client satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services and products
Analyse client data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client strategies and deliverables.
Lead sales initiatives by presenting tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Utilise in house systems for tracking account activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates, changes, and feedback.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and professionally
Requirements

Essential - Full driving licence and own transport
Flexible and adaptable approach to your work
Proven experience in sales or account management roles is preferred
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Proficiency in using CRM software for account management tasks, data on excel
Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills
Strong time management and organisational skills are essential
Working hours, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday, 9.00am - 1.00pm Friday

Please note this role is office based with frequent travel to the clients site.

Salary negotiable, depending on experience.
