Assist on the delivery of a range of projects
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Attend site visits and carry out surveys to ensure high quality and compliance
Produce technical drawings and specificationsSkills and experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
Good knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
