About you Minimum 2 years' experience in a planning, scheduling, or service coordination role Experience using scheduling / planning software Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised, methodical, and able to meet deadlines Confident working independently while also contributing to a wider team Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and planning Proficient in Microsoft Office applications What you'll do Plan and schedule service and maintenance work for field technicians Liaise with customers to arrange site access and confirm appointment times Maintain accurate records and system updates to support smooth operational delivery Log and assign response maintenance calls in line with agreed SLA / KPI timeframes Support technicians with required documentation and back-office coordination Communicate with subcontract partners and ensure job details are effectively relayed Provide telephone and email-based customer support Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when updating operational systems For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
