Key responsibilities of the role:
* Answering phone calls and emails from Travel Advisors to create bespoke experiences.
* Receiving warm inbound leads and upselling/cross selling high end travel experiences.
* Booking the components of a travel itinerary.
* Sending follow up communications on active bookings by email.
* Providing exceptional external and internal Customer Service and Sales support.

Requirements:
* Have a proven history of successfully meeting targets including upselling within a fast-paced Contact Centre environment.
* Be passionate about building relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Possess the drive to deliver and enhance the end-to-end Customer Experience.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills
* Exhibit a professional, positive, upbeat and friendly personality who works as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Upto £26,000.00 per year
High Performing team members are earning up to £1750 extra per month in incentives and overtime, OTE for this position is £32,500 - £46,600

Schedule:
* A rush hour avoiding shift pattern that supports our international customers of Monday – Friday, 1:30pm – 10pm.
Experience:
* Travel: 2 years / Sales or Customer service: 3 years
* Microsoft Office: 1 year
