POSITION SUMMARY
Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Test Lead
Type: Permanent
We’re looking for a Test Lead with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join a growing technology-focused organisation. This position will play a key role in shaping and delivering robust testing approaches for D365 F&O projects, ensuring high-quality solutions that integrate seamlessly with business processes.
Main Duties:
* Create and own the end-to-end testing strategy for Dynamics 365 F&O programmes.
* Oversee all testing phases, including planning, execution, and defect resolution.
* Ensure functional, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing meet business objectives.
* Partner with business stakeholders, end users, and technical specialists to embed best practices in testing.
* Champion test automation initiatives and continuous delivery processes within D365 environments.
Skills & Experience Required:
* 7+ years’ experience testing ERP platforms, with significant exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O.
* Strong grounding in manual and automated testing methods, performance testing, and quality assurance frameworks.
* Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Selenium, or RSAT.
* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
