Location: Dagenham, London Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young adults?
Were looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to help lead a semi-supported living service for young people aged 1621 transitioning to independent adulthood.
You will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for residents, many of whom have experienced trauma or time in care. You will guide and support staff, maintain compliance with safeguarding and quality standards, and champion a trauma-informed approach to care.
Whatyou willneed:
Minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People or equivalent).
Experience supporting vulnerable young adults with complex needs.
Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.
