Job Description:

Third Party Risk, Governance & Performance Consultant – Salary circa £55,000(DOE)

Are you someone who is passionate about minimising third-party risk and driving risk oversight within a dynamic procurement environment? Do you love to collaborate with stakeholders and partner with them to ensure regulatory compliance? If so, this role might be perfect for you!

A bit about the job:

This is a great job for someone who is ready to step up and take on the challenge of minimizing third-party risk across the Aviva Group. You will be responsible for maintaining and embedding Aviva’s Procurement and Outsourcing Business Standard and delivering fit-for-purpose Group Procurement performance reporting to stakeholders. You will join the Group Procurement team, supporting the Group Procurement Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with essential reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Deep understanding of Third Party Risk and Governance methodologies and their application, along with a proven track record of planning, data analysis, and attention to detail.

Experience in developing and maintaining Third Party Risk Management Policies, Standards, and Frameworks in Financial Services is desirable.

Excellent stakeholder management through great communication & relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations at all levels of the organization.

Experience of data analysis, MI production, and Procurement Systems (e.g., SAP-Ariba), and the ability to present complex information clearly and straightforwardly.

Ability to deliver appropriate actions and responses that balance risk, financial exposure, reputation, supplier relationships, and stakeholder requirements.

What you’ll get for this role:

Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too. And one of the ways we live up to that promise is by investing in you. We have so much to offer when it comes to being an Aviva colleague.

Salary circa £55,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on your contribution.

29 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell up to 5 days.

Make your money go further - Up to 40% discount on Aviva products, and other retailer discounts.

Up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with our Save As You Earn scheme.

Supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.

Flexible benefits including sustainability options such as cycle to work.

Participate in our Aviva Communities and use your 3 paid volunteering days to help others.

We prioritize your wellbeing with extensive support and tools.
