✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Placing orders and processing customer payments
* Investigating and actioning customer claims
* Updating the sales ledger
* Resolving customer queries
✅ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
* Have practical experience in a Customer Services role or similar
* Can prove their ability using SAP (or similar ERP) and Microsoft Suite i.e. Outlook, Excel, and Word to complete daily tasks
* Are confident in their communication and interpersonal skills in-person, over the phone and e-mail
