3. Create and deliver the global Strategic Customer marketing strategy to supply profitable growth.
4. Strategic business partner for global commercial and marketing teams,
5. Develop a clear articulation of Strategic Customer value proposition and target audience personas.
6. Develop and implement a new client sourcing and existing customer strategy to deliver sales lead and pipeline goals.
7. Drive brand awareness to differentiate and set up long-term brand equity.
8. Collaborate and influence global marketing programmes based on Strategic Customer requirements.
9. An active member of the Strategic Customer and Marketing Leadership contributing to direction and strategy.
10. Leadership and Team Management including personal development of the Strategic Customer Marketing Team.
The Successful Applicant
You will be an experienced B2B marketing leader from a global BPO, recruitment or professional services organisation. You will show an extraordinarily successful history of building, executing and optimising B2B marketing campaigns to deliver lead and pipeline goals. Experienced in developing client-driven new and existing enterprise level customers, including account-based marketing programmes. You will be an inspirational people leader for direct and indirect reports.
