Responsibilities
* Manage the day‑to‑day running of the workshop, ensuring professional operation and maximising productivity of technicians and mechanics.
* Maintain high customer focus from Service Advisors and achieve upselling targets against budget and KPI monitoring.
* Collaborate with senior management to meet key objectives and strategies, continually seeking improvement and target exceedance.
* Foster a strong customer‑service culture, working closely with staff to optimally perform and take ownership of the department.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in aftersales management at a large site or prestige brand, with a track record of successful operation.
* Minimum of 3 years main dealership experience.
* Knowledge of relevant systems such as Kerridge, Pinnacle and 1 Link is advantageous.
