An opportunity has become available for a Customs Administrator to join a busy operational environment supporting international movement of goods and day to day administrative processes.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in customs, freight, shipping, logistics administration or import/export support who enjoys working in a fast paced and organised setting.
Key areas of responsibility:
* Completing and maintaining operational and customs related documentation
* Supporting import and export administration activities
* Reviewing information for accuracy and resolving discrepancies where required
* Liaising with internal departments and external partners
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting smooth movement of goods through effective administration
* Assisting with process improvements and service delivery standards
Suitable backgrounds may include:
* Customs administration
* Freight forwarding support
* Import / export coordination
* Shipping administration
* Logistics administration
* Supply chain support
