LPT Grade 3 £25,212 FTE Salary, £6,616 per annum Pro Rata

•Monday – Friday, 1.00pm – 3.20pm

About Us:
Shalford Infant & Nursery School is looking for a caring, passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join the EYFS team for the Summer Term. This fixed term-role involves providing 1:1 support to a child within our nurturing nursery environment.
We are a friendly and nurturing small village infant and nursery school, dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming environment for our young learners. With a strong sense of community, our school values teamwork, kindness, and a commitment to helping every child thrive.
Job Overview:
The successful candidate will work under the direction of the Class Teacher to:
•Support a child 1:1 to access learning and participate fully in nursery activities
•Help implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
•Promote independence, engagement, and positive relationships
•Assist with preparation of the learning environment, activities, and resources
You should have experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage and demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for supporting young children. You will deliver EYFS learning in a fun, imaginative way and help maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
