Due to the continued growth of a key client, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join us as an Assistant Account Manager.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for jewellery and online retail. You will be supporting the Account Manager for one of our high-profile clients, helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the team in managing a key client account, ensuring Service Level Agreement compliance and high levels of customer satisfaction;
* Processing and overseeing online orders from multiple e-commerce platforms;
* Assisting in the coordination and despatch of daily orders, including order picking and packing;
* Monitoring and managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory reporting;
* Acting as a key point of contact for the client—handling queries, resolving issues, and helping to forecast needs;
* Delivering high-quality customer service to both the customer and the consumer;
* Supporting system and process improvements across the account.

The successful candidate will have:
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy;
* A genuine interest in jewellery and online retail;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Excellent organisational abilities and the ability to multitask;
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure;
* More than basic IT skills – you must be confident using order management platforms, Excel, and cloud-based tools, and able to troubleshoot minor IT/system issues independently;
* A reliable and punctual work ethic;
* Discretion, honesty, and professionalism;
* A "can-do" attitude and a good sense of humour.
