We're seeking an experienced professional for a 3-month assignment with hybrid working options. This is a pivotal role ensuring high standards in child protection and care planning.
Key Details:
Location: Market Street, RG14 5LD
Rate: £45 per hour
Start Date: December (must be available before the new year)
Working Pattern: Hybrid, but child protection conferences are always face-to-face at Market StreetWhat We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years' experience in social work supervisory and management roles
Proven expertise as a Child Protection Chair and Independent Reviewing Officer (IRO)
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage complex cases and work collaboratively across agenciesThis is an opportunity to make a real impact in safeguarding children and supporting families in West Berkshire.
