Weare looking for Part Time Patient Coordinators - 24 hours per week
Our first point of contact for patients and to assist patients in accessingthe appropriate service or healthcare. Shiftsare between the hours of 7:45am and 7:00pm Monday to Friday (8:00pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays) plus Saturday afternoons on a rota basis.
Main duties of the job
To provide front of house customer service toall stakeholders with a positive and professional image at all times. Receive, advise and direct patients inaccessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous,efficient and effective way. Advise and support patients and colleagues inaccessing all new technological processes and procedures introduced by thepractice.
To provide general administration support to the Practiceteam, including Doctors and Health Professionals

Job responsibilities

Qualifications
* O/GSCE Level qualifications in English & Maths or equivalent
* A demonstrable commitment to professional development
* A recognised IT qualification
Experience
* Previous experience in dealing with the public
* Previous work experience at a GP Practice
* Experience of Clinical Systems
Knowledge and Skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
