Qualifications
Proven experience leading a small engineering team or serving as a senior engineer/tech lead.
* Strong delivery management skills within agile environments.
* Excellent communication, mentoring, and organisational abilities.
* Hands-on expertise in relevant technologies.
* Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, CI/CD, and secure development practices.
Desirable
* Experience with multi-tenant SaaS systems or large-scale enterprise software.
* Understanding of AI-assisted coding and modern developer productivity tools.
* Exposure to DevOps pipelines and monitoring practices.

Lead, grow and run one of Klipboard's global software engineering portfolios. You will be accountable for the direction, delivery and reliable operation of a portfolio of multi-tenant SaaS/OnPrem products. This includes shaping long-term technical strategy, building a high-performing engineering organisation, and ensuring our applications meet the highest standards of scalability, security and customer experience, with the support of the Vice President and other senior leaders in the organisation.
