We are delighted to be working with an employer of choice based in Cambridge They are recruiting for a Technology Trainer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering training sessions on the use of the firm's information systems
* Running larger scale sessions at teams meetings or events
* Delivering 1:1 training sessions, when needed
* Providing training and support to internal clients
* Designing training courses
* Preparing training material
* Assist with training related service desk tickets
* Mentor new and existing team members
* Being a subject matter expert for M365
The successful candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience delivering training session to a diverse audience
* A commitment to continuous learning
* Experience working as part of a team
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office 365
