Who we are looking for…
* A confident and trauma‑informed leader who can support the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the home
* Experienced in leading shifts, supervising staff, and maintaining high safeguarding standards
* Committed to delivering consistent, therapeutic care to young people with complex needs
* Minimum 1 year experience as a Senior Residential Support Worker within an Ofsted‑regulated children’s home
* NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle
* Strong communication skills with a calm, nurturing leadership style

* 🛑 Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered
