This is a business with real momentum and this role has been created to support that growth.The RoleThis is a brilliant opportunity for an organised and people-focused HR Administrator to join a busy and expanding People team. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries across the business, supporting everything from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll, absence management and employee relations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and update employee records across HR systems in line with GDPR requirementsDraft and issue contracts, offer letters, variation letters and general HR correspondenceCoordinate end-to-end recruitment including advertising, shortlisting, interview scheduling and candidate communicationsDeliver a seamless onboarding and induction experience for new starters across the businessSupport monthly payroll processing by collating starters, leavers, absence and overtime dataAdminister employee benefits including pension schemeMonitor and report on absence, annual leave and training recordsRespond to day-to-day HR queries from employees and line managers professionally and promptlySupport HR projects including policy reviews, engagement initiatives and wellbeing programmesWhat You'll NeedExperience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a people-focusedStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Positive, proactive attitude comfortable working independently and as part of a teamWhy Apply?Competitive salaryGenuine career development opportunitiesBe part of a people-first team in a business that is going placesBroad and varied roleHow to ApplyInterested?
