Pay - £14.12 to £14.29 per hour (Including rolled up holiday pay)
39 weeks per year (school term time only)
Shifts Available:
1. 8:00am – 3:00pm
2. 4:00pm – 10:00pm
3. 10:00pm – 8:00am
Please note: Annual leave is not permitted during term time.

What You’ll Do as a Support Worker:
4. Create a caring and supportive environment, meeting individuals’ physical and emotional needs;
5. Support people during recreational activities, outings, and community visits;
6. Promote independence, confidence, and self-esteem;
7. Tailor support to individual needs, celebrating achievements and milestones;
8. Maintain accurate records of all activities, progress, and any incidents;
9. Assist with general household duties, including meal preparation.
What We’re Looking For:

11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
12. Patience and adaptability to meet diverse needs;
13. Willingness to learn and follow team guidance;
14. Basic IT skills for logging and communication;
15. Flexibility to work shifts (including some weekends and occasional night shifts).
Please note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS check including the barred list.
