Responsibilities
1. Establish and maintain administrative processes for the effective running of the office
2. Correspond with customers and hauliers regarding daily shipments
3. Maintain Treatment Certificates for all ROI round posts and log data accordingly
4. File Proof of Delivery documents
5. Input daily timber weighbridge tickets into Excel
6. Manage sales order processing from receipt to invoicing, delivery, and collection
7. Oversee day-to-day walk-in customer interactions
8. Coordinate with the Credit Control Department to ensure sales invoices are issued and settled as per company terms
9. Liaise with relevant parties to ensure correct invoicing and documentation for orders
10. Oversee timber and manual invoices daily
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar administrative role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred
* Good communication skills
* Strong numeracy skills
