About the role
Starting pay of £12.00-13.00 per hour (dependent on store location).
Daily, you’ll craft coffee that provides uplifting moments—using sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk, topped with our signature art, and delivered with your signature smile.
Responsibilities include:
1. Crafting great coffee consistently
2. Serving customers with a smile to ensure a positive experience
3. Learning about Costa products, including teas, frappes, and seasonal ranges
4. Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness standards
5. Having fun, learning, developing, and meeting great people
