THERAPIST – IOP – Full-time
Multiple Shift Options Available
Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist for our Intensive Outpatient Program. Our program is experiencing growth and expansion and varied shifts are available to fit individual schedules (4‑10 hour days; 5‑8 hour days, etc.). This program utilizes both virtual and in‑person treatment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving those with behavioral health and substance abuse issues. Typical responsibilities include the following:
* Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission
* Case management and treatment planning
* Group, individual and family sessions
* Aftercare coordination
* Document treatment provided to patient in medical record legibly and in a timely manner
* Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective
Qualifications
* Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
* A minimum of one (1) year with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, treatment and clinical assessment skills preferred.
* Licensure required. LSW, LMHCa or equivalent; LCSW, LMFT, LMHC.
* May be required to work flexible hours.
