This highly successful organisation are looking for a Gas Team Manager to join an established team. The role requires someone to manage the Gas team to meet required performance levels and service levels. This is a fast-paced role that will suit someone who is used to working to close targets and deadlines.
Key duties includes:
* Managing the operational delivery of the gas team
* Communicating performance statistics and ensuring development and training plans are in place for all customer advisors
* Aiding with all project meetings as and when required and completing industry related test activities to agreed timescales
* Managing and planning resource deployment within the Gas team
* Achieving all SLAs and operating plans
* Ensuring team 1-2-1's are compelted and providing training and development plans for staff
Core skills & experience for this Gas Team Manager includes:
* Proven experience working within the UKEnergyindustry
* Experience of business process outsourced management is essential
* Able to lead and motivate a team within tight deadlines
* Responding efficiently to contract/department issues
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills
