We are looking for an Organisational Design Analyst to support a large enterprise business during a series of group-wide organisational design programmes.
Key responsibilities:
* Support the design and delivery of organisational structures across multiple business areas
* Analyse data, headcount, spans and layers to provide insight for OD initiatives
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to model future state options and prepare recommendations
* Provide project support across key workstreams, ensuring alignment with wider transformation goals
About you:
* Strong analytical background with experience in organisational design, HR or business transformation
* Comfortable working with large sets of data and turning analysis into clear insights
* Able to build effective working relationships in a complex, matrixed environment
* Self-starter who can hit the ground running and support fast-paced OD activity
