Now, we're happy to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. The salary ranges from £22,500 - £23,500.
What the job involves for a Property Relationship Manager:
* Key member of the Maintenance team, driving delivery of all maintenance instructions.
* Strong communicator with great attention to detail.
* Provide frontline support to our clients, tenants, and third-party contractors.
* Support colleagues within the company, ensuring all related maintenance is completed on time and within budget.
* Manage and deliver on day-to-day maintenance requests across the full regional portfolio.
* Deliver high standards of customer service at all times, adopting a proactive approach to all incoming queries.
* Understand and deliver maintenance projects in line with client requests, guiding on legislation and repair standards.
* Manage and respond to daily email and telephone requests from Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
* Ensure all maintenance requests are logged and noted accurately using internal software platforms.
* Flag and resolve conflicts appropriately.
* Take responsibility for urgent and outstanding maintenance tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
* Work with our Compliance team to ensure safety certifications are up to date and logged correctly.
* Collaborate with your Team Manager and Associate Manager to meet KPIs and budgets.
Qualities and qualifications we’re looking for:
* Ideally, at least 1 year of Property Management experience, but comprehensive training will be provided.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Word and Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to relay information confidently and knowledgeably.
* A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude.
* Good time management and multitasking skills.
* Professionalism and eagerness to grow.
* Reliability, politeness, and friendliness.
