What you’ll be doing in this role as Restaurant Manager
Overseeing day-to-day service, including opening and closing procedures
Ensuring compliance with food safety, health regulations, and GDPR policies
Managing guest feedback, queries, and complaints with professionalism
Leading by example to uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Creating team schedules and delivering training
Conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive workplace culture
Supporting maintenance checks and ensuring an audit-ready environment
